Job summary

Rize Federal Credit Union is seeking a Financial Analyst – Profitability & Pricing to own pricing for products, maintain the funds transfer pricing methodology, and deliver monthly pricing packages and rate recommendations. You will run profitability analyses across products and the consolidated CUSO.

This role reports to the Vice President of Finance and involves monthly reporting, data validation, and collaborating with pricing actions while ensuring integrity of all published figures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or related field.
• Experience with funds transfer pricing methodology, rate construction, documentation, and maintenance.
• Experience with pricing analysis for deposits and loans and defending rate recommendations.
• Familiarity with SQL and ability to write queries against loan and deposit detail.
• Proficiency in Excel, including PivotTables and large datasets.
• Experience with profitability measurement systems at product/branch/member level.
• MBA/CFA/CMA or related FP&A certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain funds transfer pricing methodology and monthly transfer rates.
• Produce quarterly profitability analysis by product, portfolio, branch, and channel.
• Perform monthly profitability system uploads and reporting.
• Produce ROIC analysis for lending products and portfolios.
• Analyze fee income and compare against market rates.
• Provide monthly loan and share pricing analysis with explicit rate recommendations.
• Maintain market rate inputs and competitor rate data.
• Produce deposit trend analyses and projections by product and tier.
• Prepare pricing committee agenda and executive summaries.
• Record and distribute pricing package and minutes.
• Ensure accuracy by validating published figures against sources.
