Job summary

PCI Government Services LLC is hiring a Financial Analyst to support NIST CHIPS-related financial administration. The role involves reviewing and analyzing financial reports, validating assumptions, and ensuring accurate project economics.

Responsibilities include day-to-day operations, data entry, and cross-department support. The ideal candidate has aFinance/Business background with 4–7 years of analyst experience, excellent communication, and advanced Excel abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business.
• 4–7 years of Financial Analyst or Business Analyst experience.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and accounting expertise.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with Office suite (Word, Excel, Teams).
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas using If, Index, Match; Pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial completion scans of applications reviewing operational and financial data.
• Analyze financial reports to ensure thorough submissions.
• Confirm if assumptions are reasonable and evaluate financial aspects of incentive requests.
• Provide a detailed understanding of project economics for stakeholders.
• Assist in day-to-day operational tasks and data entry.
• Maintain documentation of processes and protocol interactions.
