Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a Financial Analyst to support FAA programs remotely. You will conduct budget formulation, execution, and monitoring; prepare financial artifacts and briefings; and develop monitoring tools for clear program insight.

The role requires a strong government-finance background, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint. U.S. citizenship and Public Trust eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in government finance-focused positions handling program actuals/expenditures and monthly reports.
• Strong analytical background with ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and other MS products.
• U.S. Citizenship and eligible for a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial management for FAA programs including budget formulation, execution and monitoring.
• Create financial artifacts (Purchase Authorizations, Requisitions) and status briefings.
• Develop monitoring tools and PowerPoint documents to demonstrate program financials.
