Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business is required.
• 4-7 years of Financial Analyst or Business Analyst experience preferred.
• Strong eye for detail and rigorous analytical thinking.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Customer service and critical thinking abilities.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Advanced Excel formulas and pivot table experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial scans of applications reviewing operational and financial data.
• Analyze financial reports to ensure thorough submissions.
• Verify reasonableness of applicant assumptions.
• Evaluate financial aspects of incentive requests.
• Explain project economics to stakeholders.
• Support day-to-day operational tasks and data entry.
• Maintain documentation of processes and protocol interactions.
