Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Financial Analyst to support our National Security Sector. The position is fully remote within the United States, with occasional visits to the Fairfax, VA office. You will help prepare financial reports, support forecasting, and analyze program drivers and risks.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with 2–5 years in finance, familiarity with government contracting concepts, and strong Excel and communication skills. DoW clearance eligibility and U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–5 years in finance or related field.
• Foundational understanding of government contracting concepts (CAS, FAR, GAAP).
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare timely financial reporting deliverables and variance analysis.
• Assist in quarterly forecasts and annual budgets for large programs.
• Provide analysis of program drivers, risks, and opportunities.
