Job summary

BlueSprig is seeking a Financial Analyst to transform data into actionable insights for our Finance team. You will import, transform, validate, and model data to inform clinical and operational decisions across the organization.

Responsibilities include forecasting, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration to improve financial performance. A Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance is required; MBA/CPA is a plus. This is a remote-friendly role with scheduling Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize analytical skills to build and assess data for insights.
• Analyze financial information to determine present and future performance.
• Coordinate with management to forecast financial plans and operating needs.
• Provide data mining and mapping; present findings clearly in reports.
• Troubleshoot data load issues and ensure data accuracy.
• Provide financial analysis to stakeholders and generate timely reports.
• Contribute to process improvement efforts and data governance.
• Create dashboards, data generators, and end-user data resources.
