Job summary

BlueSprig is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. The role focuses on translating data into actionable insights to support clinical and operational decisions. The candidate will import, transform, validate, and model data to drive strategic outcomes.

Responsibilities include financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and data integrity across multiple sources. Preference for candidates residing in the Philadelphia to New York City corridor; remote work option with standard

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
MBA or CPA preferred.
Advanced knowledge of Excel; intermediate PowerPoint; Power BI preferred (Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, Graphing).
Strong analytic skills.
Experience analyzing financial statements (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet).
Forecasting & Budgeting experience; 13-week cash flow forecasting preferred.
Experience in Healthcare preferred.
3 years minimum of related experience.

Responsibilities

Utilize critical thinking and analytical skills to build and assess data and ensure insights are correct.
Analyze financial information to determine present and future financial performance.
Coordinate with management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare financial plans and forecasts.
Provide intensive research, data mining and data mapping.
Present findings clearly in reports and verbal communications.
Troubleshoot and correct data load exceptions or inaccuracies.
Provide financial analysis to various business stakeholders.
Produce accurate and timely reports.
Contribute to process improvement efforts.
Generate reports and datasets using system queries and scripts.
Integrate data from multiple sources to produce required data elements.
Program and maintain report forms, dashboards, and data generators.
