Job summary

BlueSprig is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. The analyst converts data into actionable insights to support clinical and operational decisions. The role emphasizes data import, transformation, and modeling to drive informed choices.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Remote with preference for candidates in the Philadelphia to New York City corridor. Requires a Finance/Accounting degree; MBA or CPA preferred; 3+ years of related experience; advanced Excel and

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
MBA or CPA preferred for advanced credentials.
At least 3 years of related experience is required.
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with data visualization ability.

Responsibilities

Analyze financial information to determine present and future financial performance.
Coordinate with management to gather, analyze, summarize, and forecast financial plans.
Provide data mining and data mapping to support insights.
Present findings clearly in reports and spoken communications.
Produce accurate and timely reports and contribute to process improvements.
Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations for end-users.
