Job summary

ECPI University is seeking a Financial Aid Advisor to support students in navigating financial aid options and eligibility. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree and possess 2-3 years of related experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office and have knowledge of CampusVue. This position allows for remote work based on experience and encourages a focus on student success through excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of related experience preferred.
• Any equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Advise students on financial aid eligibility and payment methods.
• Collect and analyze financial data to determine aid eligibility.
• Evaluate unusual circumstances and adjust financial assessments as needed.
• Answer inquiries from students and parents about financial aid.
• Analyze reports to ensure compliance with federal guidelines.
• Interface with students and lenders to resolve concerns.
