Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training accepted.

Responsibilities

• Advises students about methods to pay for education, financial aid eligibility, procedures, and programs; tailors information to student needs.
• Collects and analyzes financial data to determine eligibility and makes awards within guidelines.
• Evaluates documentation and makes adjustments to costs, contribution, or dependency status as needed.
• Answers questions from students, parents, or guardians regarding programs and eligibility.
• Analyzes reports to verify continued eligibility and notifies students of changes in awards.
• Interfaces with students, lenders, and staff to resolve concerns.
