Job summary

Moneybox is seeking a dedicated Financial Coach to guide customers through their advice journey, answering questions, gathering information, and building trust to enable personalised financial planning.

You will manage ongoing customer relationships, explain options, and support implementation with accountability. The role emphasizes regulatory awareness, strong communication, and a tech-enabled service approach.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and engagement skills, especially over the phone and via video calls.
• Able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Comfortable with technology to support customer conversations and learn new processes quickly.
• Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in a customer-facing role within financial services is essential.
• Awareness of Consumer Duty and a genuine focus on good customer outcomes.
• Experience in a regulated environment delivering high service levels within a risk-controlled framework.
• Good knowledge of pensions, ISAs and investment products.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead contact for customers throughout their advice journey.
• Listen to customers, answer questions, build trust and collect information for advice.
• Grow and maintain relationships; be the first point of contact for advised customers.
• Identify customer needs, collect and validate information for advice outcomes.
• Provide updates and interventions as guided by the advice engine and CRM.
• Explain options and recommendations and support next steps.
• Spot new advice needs and escalate to a Financial Adviser when appropriate.
• Embrace technology to enhance customer engagement and service delivery.
• Keep professional knowledge up to date and complete CPD annually.
