Cherry Bekaert LLP is seeking a Finance Transformation Senior Manager to join our national CFO Advisory practice. You will lead engagements, manage teams, and deliver finance transformation solutions aligned with business objectives.

Engagements span Lead-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay, and FP&A, with responsibilities in client relationships, business development, and talent development. Travel 25–40% and a competitive compensation package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• CPA, MBA, or other relevant professional certification preferred.
• 10+ years in public accounting, consulting, finance transformation, or related experiences.
• Proven experience leading complex client engagements and managing project teams.
• Experience with private equity-backed portfolio companies is preferred.
• Experience guiding mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, and post-close finance integration.
• Experience driving finance process improvements across FP&A, R2R, S2P, L2C.
• Willingness to travel 25–40%.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage finance transformation and accounting advisory engagements from planning through execution.
• Serve as trusted advisor to CFOs and finance leadership on process improvements.
• Drive transformation across Lead-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, FP&A.
• Assess current finance ops; identify opportunities for efficiency and insights.
• Design practical solutions involving people, process, tech, and change management.
• Manage budgets, timelines, staffing, and project performance.
• Support M&A-related finance workstreams and Day 1 readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Maintain client relationships and pursue expanding opportunities.
• Lead and mentor engagement teams; support recruiting and development.
