• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Active CPA license preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting, advisory, or industry accounting environments.
• Experience supporting SEC registrants or private equity-backed entities.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and research abilities.
• Experience with month-end close and SEC reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple client engagements and serve as a trusted advisor.
• Support and optimize financial close processes and reporting timelines.
• Assist with accounting transformation initiatives (cash-to-accrual, opening balance sheet, purchase accounting).
• Guide audit readiness and interact with external auditors.
• Lead technical accounting projects (ASC 480, 606, 718, 805, 815, 842).
• Advise on IPO, SPAC, and SEC reporting matters.
