Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Finance Transformation Analyst to drive modernization of finance processes, data, and reporting. You will collaborate with Finance, IT and Shared Services to enable automation and standardization across R2R, close, and intercompany activities, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA and Group Reporting.

The role follows a remote work model within the USA, requiring strong analytical and project management skills and a passion for financial process improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, business or analytics.
• 5+ years in financial systems, FP&A, accounting or business analysis.
• Experience with financial close, consolidation, reporting or intercompany processes.
• 2+ years in reconciliation and system implementation support.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, macros, pivot tables).

Responsibilities

• Drive finance transformation programs and standardize processes.
• Support ERP implementations and data quality improvements.
• Partner with Finance and IT on deployments of SAP S/4HANA/CFIN.
• Participate in system testing, SIT/UAT and cutover activities.
• Document requirements, flows and functional specs for finance processes.
