Job summary

Ulteig is seeking a Senior Finance Systems Project Manager to guide accounting and finance system initiatives. You will establish timelines, ensure accuracy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet objectives while managing risks and ensuring high-quality delivery.

Strong accounting knowledge and change management experience are essential. You will partner with leaders to drive adoption of financial programs, evaluate impacts on people and processes, and coach junior PMs to build

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business admin or related.
• MBA/ CMA/ PMP/ Agile preferred for advanced roles.
• Minimum 7+ years in accounting, finance, or PMO with complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Directs high-impact projects and programs across multiple initiatives.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams on system and process changes.
• Defines project purpose, milestones, risks, and mitigations with stakeholders.
• Maintains detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Tracks scope, schedule and risks using formal tools and processes.
• Delivers clear reporting to stakeholders and end users.
• Coordinates training and change management activities to support adoption.
• Mentors junior project managers and fosters PM capability.
