Job summary

Ulteig is seeking a Senior Finance Systems Project Manager to lead accounting and finance systems initiatives across the organization, establishing timelines and ensuring accuracy while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail and the ability to manage risks and drive adoption of financial programs, systems, and processes.

You will report to business and functional leaders and mentor others as part of building project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or project management.
• Ability to lead complex, cross-functional efforts with executive visibility.
• Experience supporting ERP/financial systems projects.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
• Familiarity with change management and organizational adoption.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages high-impact projects and programs across multiple initiatives.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams on system and process changes.
• Identifies risks, milestones, and ensures alignment with objectives.
• Maintains detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Tracks scope, schedule, and risks using structured tools.
• Delivers clear project-level reporting for portfolio decisions.
• Coordinates training and change management sessions.
• Mentor and develop junior project managers.
