Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of accounting, finance, or PM experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Understanding of PM methodologies and tools.
• Experience with ERP and financial systems transformation.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages high-impact projects and programs across initiatives.
• Identifies impacts on people, processes, and technology with stakeholders.
• Develops detailed project plans, schedules, milestones.
• Tracks scope, schedule, risks; drives mitigation.
• Provides clear project-level reporting for portfolio decisions.
• Mentors less experienced PMs and builds PM capability.
• Coordinates training and change-management activities.
• Ensures successful delivery with accountable team members.
