Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s or CMA/PMP/Agile preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or project management with complex projects.
• Ability to lead cross-functional efforts with executive visibility.
• Strong business acumen supporting corporate functions such as operations, strategy, finance, or shared services.
• Experience with ERP and financial systems.
• Experience enabling organizational change and adoption.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages high-impact projects and programs across initiatives.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to assess system and process changes.
• Defines objectives, milestones, risks, and ensures strategic elements in plans.
• Develops and maintains detailed project plans and milestones.
• Identifies risks early and drives mitigation.
• Tracks scope, schedule, and risks using structured tools.
• Provides clear project-level reporting to support portfolio decisions.
• Mentors less experienced PMs and develops project management capability.
• Coordinates training, communications, and process mapping for change initiatives.
• Coordinates internal/external resources to deliver on timelines.
