Job summary

ITHAKA in the United States is seeking a Finance Systems & Process Lead to drive integrity and strategic evolution of our core financial platforms, including Acumatica, Ramp, Adaptive Insights, and Vertex. You will own the evolution of finance systems to become more efficient, scalable, and valuable to the organization.

A proactive leader who builds compelling business cases, influences stakeholders, and delivers automation and governance across finance with practical execution and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on ERP, spend management, bill pay, and financial planning systems.
• Direct experience with at least two of: Acumatica, Ramp, Adaptive Insights, Vertex.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and lead organizational change without direct authority.
• Experience in nonprofit, SaaS, or dual‑model organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own configuration, user access, master data, integrations, and health across Acumatica, Ramp, Adaptive Insights, Vertex and other Finance systems; coordinate upgrades and provide expert support.
• Lead continuous improvement of finance processes to reduce manual effort and error risk; design and implement automation with partners.
• Ensure governance, controls, and data quality; support audits and tax/compliance needs.
• Drive finance systems projects from problem definition to adoption with clear owners and timelines.
