Job summary

ClickHouse is seeking a Finance Systems & Transformation Manager to own the technology ecosystem powering the Finance organization. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Engineering, and Operations, reporting to the Corporate Controller.

You’ll lead end-to-end Finance system implementations, drive IT controls and data integrity, and design AI-enabled workflows to automate processes, improve reconciliations, and scale toward public-company readiness.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Finance Systems or related field.
• Deep understanding of Finance processes: Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Treasury.
• Proven track record leading enterprise system implementations and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Finance systems roadmap and implementations.
• Lead integrations and data integrity across Finance tech stack.
• Design AI-enabled workflows and governance for Finance operations.
