Job summary

Commvault is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst, NetSuite to lead senior-level NetSuite Finance system initiatives across Invoice-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report in a global, SaaS environment.

The role partners with Finance, Accounting, Revenue Operations, Business Applications, Enterprise Architecture, Security, and external vendors to translate business needs into scalable processes, trusted data, and compliant controls, while driving performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of business systems analysis, ERP, or related experience.
• Expert knowledge of the full accounting lifecycle (AP, AR, GL, etc.).
• Hands-on knowledge of NetSuite core and advanced financial features.
• Experience with integrations and data flows via APIs and iPaaS.
• Experience leading requirements, design, testing, and production support.
• Knowledge of SOX controls and financial compliance.
• Experience with Salesforce, Zuora, and related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance and Accounting leaders to define outcomes and priorities.
• Lead discovery, mapping, requirements, and design across I2C, P2P, and R2R.
• Translate business needs into specs; work on SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, APIs, and data migrations.
• Diagnose transaction, FX, reconciliation, and reporting issues; ensure data integrity.
• Embed controls (segregation of duties, access, audit trails) into solutions.
• Produce BRDs, functional designs, data maps, test plans, and release docs.
• Lead release readiness, regression testing, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead incident analysis; drive durable fixes and reduce repeat incidents.
• Identify and deliver AI/automation opportunities in Finance.
