MSR Technology Group is seeking an experienced Finance Business Systems Analyst to support Finance and Accounting teams in enterprise systems implementation and process improvement initiatives. This fully remote USA role focuses on gathering business requirements, mapping processes, and ensuring SOX compliance across financial systems.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of business analysis experience in enterprise systems, strong documentation skills, and hands-on experience with ERP finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of business analysis in enterprise systems or process improvement.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping skills.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent requirements tools.
• Experience planning and supporting UAT.
• Understanding of SOX controls or audit requirements.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Map current-state and future-state business processes.
• Manage requirements, traceability, change control, and sign-off using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
• Develop acceptance criteria and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support financial processes including GL, month-end close, AP, AR, and reporting.
• Ensure requirements and processes meet audit and SOX compliance standards.
• Support system implementations, user training, adoption, and post-go-live improvements.
