Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years supporting Deltek Costpoint and Cognos BI reporting.
• Experience gathering requirements and documenting processes.
• Ability to analyze data flows and identify root causes.
• Strong communication with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supports daily administration of financial systems and performs routine tasks.
• Gathers and documents business and functional requirements for new features.
• Investigates issues, documents findings, and supports resolutions.
• Executes test cases, regression testing, and supports releases.
• Develops reports and validates data for accurate financial reporting.
• Analyzes processes and recommends efficiency improvements.
• Creates and maintains business process documentation and user guides.
