Job summary

Axiom Space is seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst (Finance) to serve as a crucial liaison between the Finance and IT teams. The role focuses on Deltek Costpoint and related financial applications, translating business needs into actionable requirements, data flows, and processes.

You will document current and future state finance processes, support testing and deployments, and help automate and standardize financial operations. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Information Systems or equivalent.
10+ years in a business/IT analyst role supporting finance or accounting functions.
Experience with ERP systems, Deltek Costpoint preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with Finance to gather, document, and validate requirements for system enhancements and reports.
Bridge Finance and IT, translating business needs into functional specs and data flows.
Support Costpoint modules (GL, AP, AR, Billing, Project Costing) through design, testing, and deployment.
Develop functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; coordinate UAT and defect tracking.
