Job summary

GE Aerospace, ERAC, a GE Aerospace holding, seeks an accounting professional to drive SAP/GAAP reporting and regulatory submissions. This role focuses on financial statement preparation, reconciliations, and journal entries within a controller environment remote within the US.

Required is a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance with insurance industry experience; knowledge of GAAP and statutory accounting is essential. Base pay ranges with discretionary bonus eligibility based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Insurance industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual SAP/GAAP financial statements.
• Prepare NAIC schedules and exhibits and other regulatory filings.
• Prepare reconciliations for GAAP and STAT accounting.
• Prepare routine monthly/quarterly journal entries.
• Support internal and external audits.
