Job summary

CentralSquare Technologies is seeking a Professional Services Consultant (Finance Software) to lead finance software implementations remotely across the United States. You will engage with customer Finance and HR/Payroll teams, configure systems, demonstrate capabilities, and drive projects to go-live with a focus on customer success.

The role requires 2+ years in financial software implementation or consulting, strong presentation skills, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience with financial software implementation or consulting.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to travel up to 25% for training at client sites.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing client needs.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with system configuration based on best practices and business requirements.
Perform system demonstrations and assist with pre-go-live reviews.
Develop SME knowledge for configuration of software solutions.
Maintain follow-through on tasks and communications with Project Manager and clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Work independently to meet project deadlines and take ownership of issues.
Collaborate with senior consultants and Project Managers on delivery standards.
