Job summary

Bespin Global, a leading global Cloud & AI MSP, is hiring a Finance Operations Analyst for a fully US-remote role. You will support billing, forecasting, vendor & budget management, and cross-functional operations across the finance team and Korea office.

You’ll build dashboards, own the monthly billing cycles for cloud platforms, and assist in closing, budgeting, and variance analysis while maintaining data quality and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or operations.
• Ability to write and speak fluently in Korean.
• Proactive, flexible, 'get-things-done' mindset with willingness to expand responsibilities.
• Desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
• Experience using AI tools to analyze data, automate tasks, and improve workflows.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial, sales, and pipeline dashboards.
• Own monthly billing cycle for AWS, GCP, and Azure; reconcile charges and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage day-to-day AP/AR processes and payments.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting; analyze variances to leadership.
• Maintain dashboards and provide data-backed analysis for decisions.
• Provide cross-functional support for expenses, vendor onboarding, contracts, and subscriptions.
