Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience.
• Experience in a consulting or accounting firm, preferably in an operating environment.
• The ability and interest in being hands-on to support the team.
• Strong communication and analytical skills across strategic, financial, and operational areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project-oriented team through ERP implementations, month-end close optimization, and audit prep.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Prepare and assist financial reports for portfolio companies monthly, quarterly, and annual.
• Collect and organize financial data from portfolio companies for performance tracking.
• Support budgeting, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Identify process inefficiencies and help implement improvements, SOPs, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analyses as needed by senior team members.
• Ensure portfolio companies comply with GAAP/IFRS and internal controls.
