Pratt & Whitney, a world leader in aerospace, is seeking a Finance Manager for our Global Supply Chain team. This remote role focuses on managing a ~$600M operating expense budget and ~$10B in receipts to improve MOH efficiency.

The position requires strong finance, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills. You will work with cost centers, procurement, and SIOP to forecast, analyze, and report on monthly performance, driving process improvements and financial health across 150+ MOH

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or supply chain management with 8+ years in finance or accounting; OR advanced degree with 5+ years in related field.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to forecast accurately.
• Excellent communication to report and present financial data to leadership.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with procurement, operations, and other teams.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with cost center owners to manage operating expenses, including monthly analysis and forecasting.
• Partner with procurement and SIOP teams to assess risks and opportunities, aligning with a ~$10B receipt base.
• Consolidate and report monthly closing activities and variance analysis across 150+ MOH cost centers.
• Participate in weekly meetings and reporting to monitor financial performance and provide updates.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
