Job summary

RTX Corporation is seeking a Finance Manager for the Pratt & Whitney Global Supply Chain team. This remote role prefers candidates in the Connecticut area.

You will manage the Global Supply Chain’s ~$600M operating expense budget and ~$10B receipts, driving efficiency through financial reporting, analysis, and process improvements. You will collaborate with cost center owners, procurement, and the SIOP team to forecast and report.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or supply chain management with 8+ years of experience (or advanced degree with 5+).
• Strong analytical skills with accurate forecasting.
• Excellent communication to report to leadership.
• Cross-functional collaboration with procurement and operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cost center owners to manage operating expenses with monthly analysis and forecasting.
• Partner with procurement and the SIOP team to assess risks and opportunities near a $10B receipt base.
• Consolidate and report monthly closing activities and variance analysis across 150+ MOH cost centers.
• Participate in weekly meetings and reporting to monitor financial performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and efficiency.
