Job summary

Medsien is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial operations and report directly to the COO, driving planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across the company.

You will build scalable financial models, provide executive-level insights, and partner with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and other teams to optimize resource allocation. This full-time role offers remote work opportunities and significant growth potential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in strategic finance, FP&A, financial planning, or a related finance role.
• Experience building and maintaining financial models, budgets, forecasts, cash-flow projections, and long-range plans.
• Ability to analyze business performance and translate financial data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience developing management reporting, KPI dashboards, and executive-level financial presentations.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accrual accounting, and the relationship between operations and finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Medsien's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
• Build and maintain financial models to support short-term execution and long-term planning.
• Develop revenue, expense, headcount, cash-flow, and profitability forecasts.
• Create financial reports, KPI dashboards, and executive-level insights for leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to build departmental plans and improve financial accountability.
• Evaluate pricing, unit economics, margins, and capital allocation decisions.
• Support cash management, runway planning, and scenario analysis.
