Job summary

The Nature Conservancy is seeking a Finance Manager for the Great Plains division (Arkansas, Iowa, Missouri, and surrounding states). This remote role supports 3 business units, collaborating with the Finance Director to provide strategic financial guidance, planning, and reporting.

The role handles budgeting, forecasting, revenue analysis, and close processes with a strong emphasis on compliance and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or related field is required.
• Experience using Workday for data entry, reporting and analysis is required.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with leaders, influence decisions, and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and close for a pod in partnership with the Finance Director.
• Provide financial analysis, modeling, and insights to guide planning and resource allocation.
• Maintain data integrity, internal controls, and accurate financial records across programs.
