Constellation Data Labs, a division of Constellation Software, seeks a Senior Finance Manager to lead the finance function, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and accounting compliance. You will manage an offshore team and drive best-practice processes across the organization.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years FP&A experience.
• Minimum 2 years of people management experience.
• CPA designation preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of IFRS-15 revenue recognition.
• Experience managing offshore teams.

Mansioni

• Oversee the full P&L, invoicing, collections, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Lead budgeting, planning, and variance analysis.
• Build and guide offshore finance team to align with corporate standards.
• Provide strategic financial insights to executive leadership.
