Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an experienced Finance Analyst/Manager to join our growing company. This role supports the Health and Civilian sectors, reporting to the Sr Manager of FP&A.

The position involves financial reporting, rolling forecasts, budgeting, pricing support, and cross‑functional collaboration with program teams and back‑office departments to drive financial performance and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in government contracting and finance.
• Knowledge of CAS, FAR and GAAP.
• Advanced Excel with pivot tables, modeling and complex formulas.
• Strong communication skills to convey financial data to stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data from multiple sources and balance priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with VP and program team to improve financial performance.
• Produce timely P&L, trend, and variance analyses for leadership.
• Manage monthly rolling forecast and annual budgets.
• Support pricing exercises, ROMs, and option-year activities.
• Track subcontractor spend and manage invoicing.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Contracts, and Procurement to run operations.
