FSI Facility Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Finance to lead finance operations remotely in the United States. The role emphasizes timely financial statements, SOX compliance, and reporting aligned with shareholder expectations and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in accounting/finance, CPA certification, and experience with federal government contracting. Strong leadership, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
• CPA license is required.
• MBA is preferred.
• At least 10 years of accounting/finance experience with 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Minimum 3 years of Federal Government contracting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting/forecasting systems.
• Joint Venture experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct timely preparation of all financial statements and government reports.
• Oversee the control environment and Sox compliance.
• Align reporting to shareholder requirements and close cycles.
• Supervise all accounting functions ensuring GAAP compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Manage banking relationships and treasury functions, including cash flow projections.
• Evaluate and manage financial risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets with the Executive Team.
• Provide KPI reports and analysis to drive decisions.
• Oversee payroll and wage requirements (SCA/DBA).
• Oversee 401K and CPA annual audits.
• Coordinate with Joint Venture partners and other stakeholders.
• Negotiate benefits, liability, and insurance with other managers.
• Maintain internal controls and audits.
