FSI Facility Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Director of Finance to lead the financial function across the organization, including GAAP compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and audits.

This remote role supports banking relationships, treasury activities, and multi-state payroll under union contracts, with a focus on cost control and risk management. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• CPA license required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of accounting/finance experience with 5+ years in management.
• Minimum 3 years Federal Government contracting experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct the timely preparation of financial statements and government reports.
• Oversight of control environment and Sox compliance.
• Align to shareholder reporting, month/quarter/year end and ad hoc tasks.
• Supervise accounting functions ensuring GAAP compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Manage banking relationships, treasury functions, and cash flow projections.
• Evaluate financial risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets with Executive Team; analyze variances.
• Provide operational and financial KPI reports and insights.
• Oversee payroll for multiple states and union contracts; familiarize with SCA and DBA wage rules.
• Oversee 401K and CPA annual audits; coordinate with external auditors.
