Job summary

FSI Facility Services, Inc (FSI) seeks a Senior Director of Finance for a remote US-based role. You will direct financial statements, govern control environments, and align reporting with shareholder and regulatory needs.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and KPI analytics while supervising payroll for 600+ employees across states with diverse contracts. You will partner with the President/CEO on treasury, cash flow, and risk management, ensuring robust internal controls and successful audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
• CPA license is required; MBA is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in accounting/finance with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• At least 3 years of Federal Government contracting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting/forecasting systems.
• Joint Venture experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the timely preparation of all financial statements and government reports.
• Oversee the control environment and ensure SOX compliance.
• Align reporting to shareholder requirements and statutory timelines.
• Supervise all accounting functions to GAAP and regulatory standards.
• Partner with President/CEO on treasury functions and cash flow projections.
• Evaluate financial risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets; analyze variances with exec team.
• Produce operational/financial KPI reports and insights for decisions.
• Oversee payroll for 600+ staff across multiple states; address wage rules.
• Maintain internal controls, policies, and annual audits (401K, CPA).
• Manage cash flow, forecasting, and external partner relationships.
