Job summary

FSI Facility Services, Inc is seeking a Senior Director of Finance to lead the financial operations remotely in the United States. You will direct financial reporting, ensure Sox compliance, and supervise all accounting functions across multiple states and contracts, coordinating with the President/CEO.

The role requires a CPA, a Bachelor's in accounting or finance, and at least 10 years in finance with 5+ in managerial roles, plus 3+ years of federal contracting experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• CPA license required.
• Master's degree in business administration preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of accounting/finance experience, with at least 5 years of managerial accounting experience in a senior position.
• Minimum of 3 years of Federal Government contracting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and forecasting systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct the timely preparation of all financial statements for the organization and related entities.
• Oversee the control environment and Sox compliance.
• Align with shareholder reporting, month/quarter/year end and ad hoc reporting.
• Supervise all accounting functions ensuring GAAP compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Manage banking relationships and treasury functions including cash flow projections.
• Evaluate and manage financial risks and develop containment plans.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets with executive team.
• Provide operational and financial reports and KPI metrics.
• Recommend actions to improve margins and operating decisions.
• Supervise payroll for 600+ employees across multiple states and union contracts.
• Update and implement accounting policies and internal controls.
• Oversee 401K and CPA audits; manage cash flow and forecasting.
