FSI Facility Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Finance to lead all finance functions from a remote US location. The role reports to the President and CEO and focuses on GAAP compliance, SOX controls, budgeting, and treasury.

The candidate will oversee financial statements, audits, government contracting, and 600+ payroll across multiple states; requires CPA, 10+ years, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• CPA license required.
• Master's degree in business administration preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of accounting/finance experience, with at least 5 years of managerial accounting experience in a senior position.
• Minimum of 3 years of Federal Government contracting experience.
• Strong knowledge of and experience with accounting and forecasting systems.
• Joint Venture experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct timely preparation of financial statements and government reports.
• Oversee control environment and Sox compliance.
• Manage budgeting processes and variances with executive team.
• Supervise accounting functions to GAAP compliance.
• Manage banking relationships and treasury; cash flow projections.
• Prepare operational and financial reports and KPI metrics.
• Oversee payroll for 600+ employees and wage requirements.
• Maintain internal controls and audits; oversee 401K and CPA audits.
