Job summary

JLL is seeking a Finance Director to serve as the strategic financial leader, partnering with senior executives to drive performance and informed decision-making. You will translate complex data into actionable insights and lead a high-performing FP&A team through growth and transformation.

You will act as the key financial advisor to Business Unit Executives and Product Line owners, owning processes, controls, and financial reporting, delivering executive-ready analyses and dashboards for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience with at least 5 years in FP&A, including forecasting, variance analysis, and business partnering.
• 5 years of direct management/supervisory experience, including training and evaluation of staff.
• Strong accounting skills and demonstrated consistency in values, principles, and work ethic.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial audiences and influence executive decisions.
• Understanding of and commitment to client service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key financial and accounting liaison for executives, acting as advisor and strategic partner.
• Own all financial processes within your span, including monthly/quarterly variance reports, annual planning, and reforecasting.
• Translate financial performance into executive-ready analysis and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and system implementations to enhance planning capabilities.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and policies.
• Manage monthly reporting package and provide proactive decision-making support.
• Lead FP&A team management, succession and growth planning.
