Ladders seeks a Technology Implementation Lead - Finance Data Platform to drive financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives. You will partner with executives and cross-functional teams to improve planning processes, discipline, controls, and resource allocation in a healthcare context.

The role emphasizes enterprise-scale data foundation enhancements, databricks development, and translating business needs into production-ready data solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial systems or data solutions.
• 2+ years developing data solutions on Databricks or similar cloud data platforms.
• 2+ years of project leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and frameworks.
• Experience with Systems Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences, including executives.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into governed, production-ready data solutions.
• Lead implementation across the full lifecycle: design, development, testing, and operationalization.
• Implement data quality controls and rules for Finance data assets.
• Support metadata management practices including business glossary creation and data lineage documentation.
• Contribute to Databricks development, including table builds and transformations.
• Provide strategic guidance to leadership on data foundation capabilities and improvements.
• Execute rapid prototyping and UAT testing to validate business requirements.
