Job summary

Mento is seeking senior finance leaders to join as coaches. You will partner 1:1 with members to help set goals, enhance leadership and communication, and advance their careers within a supportive, learning-focused environment.

This fully remote contract role invites experienced executives to grow their coaching skills through an ICF-certified program and to contribute to a thriving, inclusive community. Candidates should be based in North America or Europe and commit to 24+ months.

Qualifications

• Director/VP level with 20+ years overseeing finance teams and coaching individuals.
• Coaching certification is a plus but not required.
• Willing to dedicate 12+ hours per month to Mento coaching for 24+ months.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve coaching abilities.
• Communicate with members via Mento email or in-app chat.
• Contribute to the coaching community by sharing tools and insights to improve practices.
• Act with kindness, respect, and empathy as a Mento ambassador.
