We Are Legal Revolution, a discreet international firm in restructuring and corporate work, seeks a 2nd to 3rd year Finance Associate to join its Boston office on a remote basis. You will access secured lending, debt finance, and capital markets matters for sophisticated clients and work directly with partners.

You'll handle drafting and negotiating credit agreements, coordinate with clients and counsel, and gain increasing ownership of matters.

Competenze

• 2nd to 3rd year associate with finance/capital markets focus.
• Experience with debt finance transactions and secured lending under Article 9 of the UCC.
• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar or ability to become admitted promptly.
• Strong academic background and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Support secured and unsecured lending transactions, including Article 9 secured lending and related collateral arrangements.
• Work on debt finance and capital markets transactions across industries and structures.
• Draft, review, and negotiate credit agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, and related financing documents.
• Coordinate with clients and opposing counsel to advance transactions, manage closing checklists, and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates and gain increasing ownership of matters over time.
