Your Talent Team is partnering with a global AmLaw 50 firm to recruit a Commercial Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney. The role supports a premier capital markets group handling sophisticated CRE finance matters across the full deal lifecycle.

The position offers a hybrid schedule in multiple U.S. markets, including Boston, New York, Charlotte and Philadelphia, with strong mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• J.D. from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 3–6 years of substantive commercial real estate finance experience.
• Hands-on experience with commercial real estate loans and mezzanine loans.
• Experience serving as a key member of deal teams, including managing critical aspects of transactions from due diligence through closing.
• Exposure to loan origination, loan acquisition and disposition, securitization, rating agency representation, servicing, and workouts/restructuring is valued.
• Large law firm experience strongly preferred.
• Strong drafting skills and ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Represent lenders, borrowers, and market participants in CRE finance transactions, including senior and mezzanine financings.
• Manage transactions from diligence through execution and closing, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Draft and negotiate loan documents, intercreditor agreements, and related financing documents.
• Advise clients on securitization, loan acquisitions/dispositions, servicing matters, and restructurings.
• Collaborate with colleagues across finance, bankruptcy, and restructuring teams on complex matters.
