Job summary

Global Law Firm in Boston seeks a mid-level to senior Finance Associate to join its Venture Debt & Growth Financing practice. You will represent banks, private credit funds, and other lenders in sophisticated financing transactions and draft/negoti ate loan documents, security/collateral documents, and intercreditor agreements.

You will advise on lender-side financing matters across industries and collaborate with clients financing high-growth companies in dynamic markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of lender-side finance experience.
• Strong experience negotiating and documenting secured lending transactions.
• Background representing banks, private credit funds, or other institutional lenders.
• Experience with technology, life sciences, fintech, or digital assets sectors is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent banks, private credit funds, and other financial institutions in commercial finance transactions.
• Draft and negotiate loan agreements, security and collateral documents, intercreditor agreements, and closing documentation.
• Advise on lender-side financing matters across industries.
• Work with clients financing companies in high-growth sectors.
