We Are Legal Revolution is working discreetly with a highly regarded Am Law 100 international finance platform seeking a mid level Finance Associate Attorney to join its Boston, MA office.

The Role

• Represent banks, institutional lenders, and borrowers in secured lending and broader finance transactions
• Lead and support leveraged finance and commercial lending matters from initial structuring through closing
• Draft, edit, and negotiate loan agreements, security documents, and related finance documentation

Ideal Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking a mid level Finance Associate Attorney with:

• 3 to 6 years of law firm finance experience focused on secured lending transactions
• Experience representing both lenders and borrowers in sophisticated finance matters
• Proficiency drafting and negotiating loan, security, intercreditor, commitment, and closing documents
• Bar admission in Massachusetts or eligibility to waive into Massachusetts
• Strong business sense, client service orientation, initiative, and commitment to collaborative teamwork
• $260,000 to $390,000 base salary, depending on experience
