Baltic Assist in Poland is seeking a dedicated junior accountant to join our outsourcing and financial services team. You will support day-to-day bookkeeping, data entry, and reporting while working with a cross-border client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or student status in Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration or Finance.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and its principles.

Responsibilities

• Handle primary bookkeeping: invoices, bank transactions, and payments.
• Collect and analyze financial data from multiple sources and input into the system.
• Perform reconciliations of banks, accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare periodic reports in a timely manner.
• Communicate with customers on accounting matters.
• Support senior finance associates on various tasks.
