Job summary

Precision AQ - Market Access Marketing in the United States is seeking an Account Executive to connect client services with Precision AQ’s payer-focused initiatives. The Account Executive is responsible for implementing projects to promote and support client deliverables and drives daily tasks by communicating with internal service teams and leading client communications.

The role involves budgeting, content planning, timelines, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related subject.
• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive in advertising, marketing, or related industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Flexibility for possible travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Operates as lead point of contact on assigned projects within the client account as determined by Account Supervisor.
• Coordinates and participates in content planning meetings with key content experts and personnel.
• Responsible for overall management and delivery of individual client project assignments.
• Facilitate medical-legal-regulatory review processes to ensure compliance.
• Works with Project Management to develop timelines and communicate milestones.
• Executes project according to timelines and budgets; manages internal team accordingly.
• Takes notes during client interactions and prepares client contact reports.
