Job summary

Kobie, a leader in loyalty and experiences, is seeking a Finance & Accounting Analyst to join a remote-friendly team. You will own core accounting close tasks, support revenue validation, Planful updates, and help deliver monthly reports while partnering with cross-functional groups to improve processes.

We value detail-oriented individuals with 2–4 years of accounting or blended finance experience, a BA/BS in Accounting or Finance, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of accounting or blended finance/accounting experience.
• Remote or hybrid work experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring month-end close responsibilities, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Manage full invoicing cycle and client billing workflows on multiple cadences.
• Support revenue validation, Planful updates, and monthly financial reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate GL to BS mappings and variances.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analyses.
