Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree and 5+ years in wet process filtration for semiconductors.
• Demonstrated history defining product strategy and leading development initiatives.
• Strong business case development and lifecycle product leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME coverage for wet filtration across Microelectronics, including chips and PCB manufacturing.
• Develop data-driven filtration strategy and align short-term execution with long-term growth.
• Maintain a central product roadmap with prioritization and timing for launches.
• Create compelling business cases for new filtration products.
• Articulate product value with quantitative customer impact.
• Develop tools, training, and sales collateral to accelerate launches.
• leverage solutions across adjacent markets to benefit the organization.
• Identify profitability trends and report to leadership.
• Support Master Data / Attribute decisions in ERP.
• Provide mentoring for other product managers.
• Remain current on market trends and competitive landscape.
